Senior Marketing Manager

At RipplEffect, the Senior Marketing Manager role is responsible for management and oversight for 3 client marketing calendars (all social media initiatives, email marketing, influencers, campaigns) that function in tandem with strategy plans to meet objectives for sales and marketing goals, as well as managing all client relationships and calendar coordination. To be successful in this role, you are proactive, detail oriented, love checking off tasks in Asana, always looking ahead, love copywriting, have a knack for content creation and brimming with creative ideas on story telling.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of internal team, keeping tasks on track and ensure deliverables are met, as well ask liaison with clients to communicate deadlines and set clear expectations
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Lead all weekly client calls with Fundraising and Marketing Updates , manage client expectations and assign all deliverables to responsible teammates
  • Project management of internal and external team members and projects, including the management of Junior Content Creator, teams to ensure all deadlines are met

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Junior Content Strategist to Brainstorm and build monthly and quarterly Marketing calendars, including fundraising planning, to be reviewing and strengthened by team on weekly calls
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Oversee and approve content on social, copyright and structure email campaigns to be designed by content team
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
