How we rallied the Keller Williams Family around stepping in for others during times of crisis.
Overview
Keller Williams Realty created KW Cares – a peer-led 501c(3) supporting more than 180,000 associates worldwide. KW Cares tapped RipplEffect to reposition its program’s 18-year track record of providing emergency aid and financial assistance for its employees during times of sudden hardship and natural disaster. Our first step, launch a 7 days fundriainsg campaign to reconnect wiht new and existing KW family members.
Measuring the Impact
Challenge & Objective
KW Cares came to us because they had a primarily print-based subscriber database (through Greensheets) that took printed assets; needed a digital overhaul to increase their donor universe and provide more grant assistance. Our team was tasked with the strategy and execution of increasing their email database and their fundraising by $1 million.
Our Solution
Leverage the familial support of KW Cares (and whatever digital assets available) to create a modern online approach to raising funds and telling our story.
1. Created a campaign-led fundraising strategy that will go throughout the year, responsible for generating $500k in fundraising utilizing on online fundraising tool “Fundr,” proprietary, developed by Ripple–shows goal, progress to goal, helps incentivize around brand-led fundraising campaign
2. Engage KW associates in more awareness around ways they can give transactionally. TO do this, we created sublists targeting to associates and ambassadors offering a Cares Kit–provide easy access with ways to support KWC–raise another $500k in donations
