The RipplEffect team was brought on to design and deploy an impact strategy to align RedBull’s Foundation dollars with its brand mission while increasing internal engagement with Gen Z consumers, who were declining in purchasing behavior and switching to more conscious brands. We delivered a 360-degree initiative that included a collaboration with RedBull, Ryan Sheckler and Costa Rican municipalities to build a government-approved skate park in San Jose, including an after-school program curriculum, requiring local youth to complete their homework before accessing the park.
