How we led a successful rebrand and digital transition during the pandemic.

In partnership with The Open Center’s internal team, RipplEffect was brought on to modernize and create a relevant and trusted digital reputation for a 35-year-old brick-and-mortar. As part of the process, we designed a new brand identity, transitioned more than 300 in-person course offerings and certifications to an online digital learning platform, and launched a city-wide campaign to raise funds to support the mental health needs of local NYC residents and essential workers.
