Keller Williams Realty created KW Cares – a peer-led 501c(3) supporting more than 180,000 associates worldwide. KW Cares tapped RipplEffect to rebrand and reposition its program’s 18-year track record of providing emergency aid and financial assistance for its employees during times of sudden hardship and natural disaster. The results we generated include a translated and updated brand identity that converted 7,000 new annual donors in 2021.
